Hi. Let me introduce myself. My name is Nick Albright.

I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and am married to my beautiful wife Heather. We love to travel as much as possible, but also like to just relax when we can with our pup Bella.

My interest in real estate started young, and when I was just 20 years old I bought my first flip. It was amazing! It was a small little house in De Soto, Missouri and in just 6 months I flipped it for a profit. I was on my way to be a millionaire! I bought my next flip and that was in 2008. Needless to say the next flip didn't go as planned and after 4 years of living in that house I finally broke even. I went back to school got my Bachelors in Business and an Associates in Graphic Communications. After graduating and working at a few different corporations involved in software and marketing, I decided I had to get back in to real estate.

I began my Realtor career in 2015 and haven't looked back. Every year I have grown at least 25% based solely off of referals and word of mouth. I focus on being the best and most caring Realtor I can possibly be and treat every client with as much respect as I would demand. I know buying your first home, or investment is a huge decision and I don't take it lightly. At the end of the day I want you and your family to feel happy with your purchase and know you got the most value you possibly could. I leave no question unanswered or stone unturned.

My experience investing has also taken off and I learned a lot from that flip in 2008. I currently own 5 investments with a total of 9 tenants and am 3 years in to my 10 year plan of owning an island. I can't wait for that day to come!
